Dauna Presents at Dragon Con 2019

September 24, 2019

Dauna participated on four panel discussions at Dragon Con 2019 over Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.  Dragon Con is one of the largest and most well attended pop-culture conventions in the country, and hosts numerous interest tracks for fans.  During Dragon Con’s 32nd annual gathering, Dauna spoke to approximately 300 people in the Electronic Frontiers Forums track on STEM education for women and minorities, and on general civil litigation aspects of copyright and fair use.  Dauna also spoke to approximately 200 people in the Space track on the challenges of existing outer space treaties to space settlement, and on potential legal and ethical issues of colonizing a planet.
