We are pleased to announce that Whitney S. Waldenberg is joining our team. Whitney attended Wake Forest University Law School, where she was awarded the Brooks Pierce Empirical Studies Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Wake Forest Law Review.
Whitney began her career as a civil litigator nearly 10 years ago at the international law firm of Troutman Sanders LLP, where she focused on complex business disputes for approximately seven years before moving to local law firms and broadening her practice. Whitney has defended legal malpractice cases and has extensive experience practicing before federal and state courts.
Whitney will be representing and assisting lawyers and other professionals on ethics, disciplinary, and licensing matters. She also will be handling work for the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners along with other members of the firm.
