By clicking ‘Pay Now’ you understand the following: You should only submit payment through PayPal if you have received a communication from the Firm about the amount due or to be paid. No attorney-client relationship will be formed by sending payment unless you have received information from the Firm about payment. If you are making an advanced payment or paying an existing invoice, please be aware that PayPal automatically subtracts a 2.9% service fee from the amount paid, which will reduce the amount we receive on your behalf. You agree to this 2.9% service fee and understand that this fee is not subject to refund by PayPal.

If you are paying for a consultation, the payment is a minimum fee to reserve an attorney’s services for up to one hour of work (unless we have agreed on more minimum hours). The consultation payment is considered earned upon receipt and generally is not subject to refund unless required by the Rules of Professional Conduct. Once the consultation appointment is set, at least 24 hours advance notice is required to change the date or time.
