Defense Attorneys for Chiropractors

We also defend chiropractors before the Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  Our representation includes investigating and analyzing the allegations, preparing written responses to complaints, defending clients at probable cause hearings and in related follow-up proceedings, assisting clients in responding to Board interrogatories, among others.  The Chiropractic Board’s process is different from most other licensing boards in that it allows the respondent chiropractor and his or her attorney to attend the probable cause hearing and present evidence, testimony and argument.  This procedure permits lawyers for a chiropractor, such as our firm, to have a unique, direct involvement at this informal stage, to examine and present witnesses and to attempt to prevent a probable cause finding and a formal hearing.
