Our firm represents and defends architects and architectural firms and those seeking licenses before the North Carolina Board of Architecture. We can defend architects and firms in various different phases of disciplinary matters before the Architecture Board, including investigating and analyzing the allegations, preparing written responses to the Board, preparing clients and attending interviews by Board investigators, and negotiating and working out acceptable consent orders with the Board’s Counsel. We also are able to represent individuals seeking to obtain a license as an architect from the Architecture Board.
