Our firm represents and defends physicians, physician assistants and other licensed medical professionals in disciplinary matters and those seeking licenses or reinstatement of licenses before the North Carolina Medical Board.  We defend doctors and PAs in all phases of disciplinary matters before the Medical Board, including independently investigating and analyzing the allegations, responding to complaints, preparing clients and attending interviews by Board investigators and informal interviews with Board members and staff, working out acceptable consent orders, and when necessary, defending clients in formal evidentiary hearings before the Board.  We also represent individuals seeking to obtain a license as a physician, physician assistant or other licensed medical professional or to have a license reinstated by the North Carolina Medical Board.
