Our firm represents and defends appraisers and appraisal firms and those seeking licenses before the North Carolina Appraisal Board.   We defend appraisers and firms in various different phases of disciplinary matters before the Appraisal Board, including investigating and analyzing the allegations, preparing written responses to the Board, preparing clients and attending interviews by Board investigators, and negotiating and working out acceptable consent orders with the Board’s Counsel.   We also represent individuals seeking to obtain a license as an appraiser from the Appraisal Board.
