Our firm represents and defends RDNs, LDNs, and other licensed dietitian/nutritionist professionals in disciplinary matters and those seeking licenses before the North Carolina Board of Dietetics/Nutrition. We defend RDNs and LDNs in all phases of disciplinary matters before the Nutrition Board, including independently investigating and analyzing the allegations, responding to complaints, preparing clients and attending interviews by Board investigators and informal interviews with Board members and staff, working out acceptable consent orders, and when necessary, defending clients in formal evidentiary hearings before the Board.
