On December 8, Dauna Bartley and Doug Brocker spoke at the North Carolina Bar Association Professionalism for New Admittees program at the Bar Center in Cary with approximately 240 attorneys participating remotely. Dauna’s presentation focused on the State Bar’s Ethics Committee and process and was entitled, “What to Do if Faced with an Ethics Dilemma?” Doug’s presentation focused on the State Bar grievance committee and process and was entitled, “Avoiding and Defending State Bar Grievances.”
