Doug and Deanna presented a CLE to approximately 300 members of the NCBA Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section in Asheville on July 23.   The topic was “Ethical Due Diligence” and focused primarily on the significant changes to the NC Rules of Professional Conduct related to trust and fiduciary accounts, which revisions were approved by the NC Supreme Court and went into effect in June.
