On October 16, 2020, Doug and Deanna Brocker presented and served on a panel of attorneys for the Dan K. Moore Program in Ethics through the UNC School of Law.  The topic of their presentation was entitled, “Lapses in Judgment: How to Avoid Professional Discipline.”  The issues in the program addressed current ethical issues faced by lawyers, with a focus on in-house counsel and private attorneys representing corporations.
