Doug Brocker and Whitney Waldenberg presented an hour CLE at the North Carolina Bar Association 2018 Annual Review program on October 25, 2018.  The presentation was entitled “Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls,” which also covered ways to avoid a bar complaint and what to do if you receive one.
