Our firm represents and defends RNs, LPNs, and other licensed nursing professionals in disciplinary matters before the North Carolina Board of Nursing. We defend RNs and LPNs in all phases of disciplinary matters before the Nursing Board, including independently investigating and analyzing the allegations, responding to complaints, preparing clients and attending interviews by Board investigators and informal interviews with Board members and staff, negotiating acceptable consent orders, and when necessary, defending clients in formal evidentiary hearings before the Board.
