Our firm represents and defends veterinarians and veterinary technicians in disciplinary matters and those seeking licenses or reinstatement of licenses before the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board.  We defend veterinarians and veterinary technicians in all phases of disciplinary matters before the Veterinary Medical Board, including independently investigating and analyzing the allegations, responding to complaints, preparing clients and attending interviews by Board investigators and informal interviews with Board members and staff, negotiating acceptable consent orders, and when necessary, defending clients in formal evidentiary hearings before the Board.  We also represent individuals seeking to obtain a license as a veterinarian or veterinary technician or to have a license reinstated by the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board.
